Horse Sleigh Sales, Columbus, Ohio

and cinnamon apple pie, gluten free bread

After the post-river on bread with yeast, a short brief on a classic apple pie, but tasty. My recipe, adapted from that of a colleague glutinosa, is as fast as you knead and bake it all together, as if to say that in a short hour you can have at the table (even lukewarm is delicious!).

Ingredients: 4 apples (no overstating the other bans, but to me are the absolute best for cakes), 7 tablespoons sugar + 1 for the apples to macerate, 7 of flour (I used the Bi-Aglut 1 pound bag), 2 eggs, 1 pound of butter, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 packet of yeast, a good sprinkling of ground cinnamon, a little lemon juice.

Method: Peel, clean and cut the apples into thin slices but not too much, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, lemon juice, stir and let stand .

Melt the butter in a double boiler or microwave without boiling. Working up the eggs with sugar, pour the melted butter and incorporate well ...

... then milk, vanilla extract and one packet of yeast. At this point, usually stir the apple mixture and bake. But since I wanted to make it more choreography, I placed the apples dipped radial well in the dough too soft to keep them afloat .....

... work entirely useless as a cook (in the oven at 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes) the mixture is inflated enough to submerge the apples: ((

Here it is my cake sprinkled with powdered sugar ... I could not photograph the interior, soft, fragrant, tasty, why are we the devoured in a flash! But I swear it was ... and stragiuro

... mouth-watering!
